Josh Gillum, Owner & Real Estate Broker
Josh oversees and is the licensed broker for a local real estate firm and is an owner of Property Management by Design. He has a lot of experience working with the sale of town homes, condos and single family homes. Within the sale of town homes and condo's josh has extensive experience in reviewing covenants, bylaws and reviewing association financials.
