Tradition Townhome Clubhouse

To reserve the Tradition Clubhouse, please follow these steps:

1. Check Availability Review the community calendar below to see if the date and time you are requesting is available.
2. Make a Reservation Once you’ve confirmed availability, click on “Reserve Tradition Clubhouse.” You will be redirected to Calendly, a scheduling platform used for booking reservations.
3. Booking Details

• ·  Reservations can be made in 1-hour increments.
• ·  If your event will last longer than one hour, you must book each hour individually.
• ·  You will be required to enter your first name, last name, email address, and event name.
• ·  If your event is private, please list the event name and mark it as private (e.g., Baby Shower – Private).

Your reservation will automatically appear on the community calendar. 

If your plans change, please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email to release the time slot.

·  All reservations must be made directly by the homeowner using the system.
