As a seller you want to ensure that any perspective buyers have received all the pertinent documents for the association which includes covenants, by-laws, rules and regulations, meeting minutes, financials, etc.  These documents along with the required HOA Affidavit can be accessed through HomeWise Docs .  Within HomeWiseDocs under Packages and Bundles select "Home Sale Bundle to include HOA Affidavit and Association Documents", which will induce instructions on what is required to transfer ownership.  This package will cost $150 that can be payable by credit or debit card.
